Terms and conditions
Ordering, Returns, and Exchanges:
After purchasing your product make sure that you inspect the hair for accuracy. If you are unhappy with your product you have 3 days from the time you receive it to send it back for exchange or store credit only. If you chose to return or exchange any item you are then responsible for shipping charges both ways. Natural hair is reactive to a simple wash and deep conditioning, product issues or concerns can often easily be remedied by implementing a simple hair care regimen. You can find a recommended care instructions listed on the website. Due to the virgin hair unprocessed quality no bundles will have the exact same texture or color. Due to the nature of the product all sales are final: your product can be exchanged if it is still under warranty. We will not accept hair if alterations or changes have been made. The hair must be in the original state it was sent in. Please contact customer service before sending items back for return. Please include original invoice with your returned item. You may not curl, braid, spray, wash, dye, wear, cut, flat iron or treat the hair in any way or your product will be void under warranty. You are responsible for shipping charges back to our facility. We are not responsible for lost or damaged packages. Once your product has been received it will be examined thoroughly. If the product has been returned unused acceptable condition we will exchange the product. There are no exchange, refunds or returns on any Clip-in products. Any item returned is susceptible to a $50 restocking fee. Glam Hair & Beauty Bar reserves the right to cancel any orders with out notice. Do not send any products back to any address found on the internet. Contact customer service for correct return address. All exchanges need to be authorized and you will need to speak with a customer service representative before sending back any product. Unclaimed packages that are returned to our facility will be forfeited after 30 days from the shipping date.
Under your warranty you agree that no claim or action out of or related to the use of this site. Any mistakes or misinformation submitted by you the customer will constitute a termination of any warranties or service by Glam Hair & Beauty Bar set forth by the polices. Review your order prior to submitting, after submission of your order it can no longer be altered but by the discretion of Glam Hair & Beauty Bar.
Any unauthorized use by you of the site and all the content contained automatically terminates your relations with Glam Hair & Beauty Bar.
For your convenience it is advisable not to wait until the last minute to place your order. If you have a deadline that you need your product for it is always wise to order far enough in advance to allow for unanticipated delays. Processing from our facility can take 3-10 business days excluding holidays and not including shipping. Once an order has been submitted it will not be canceled. It is your responsibility to confirm your PayPal address. Having an unconfirmed PayPal address might delay shipping. Please check and confirm your PayPal address. Glam Hair & Beauty Bar primarily shipping carrier is FedEx. Glam Hair & Beauty Bar reserves the right to downgrade any shipment being sent Expedited, or priority to first class. Glam Hair & Beauty Bar reserves the right to upgrade any first class shipment to priority or expedited. All shipments over $20 will require signature delivery unless customer submits in writing that they would like otherwise and is approved by magic hair company. It is you responsibility to provide us with the correct delivery address as you will be required to pay a second delivery charge if your order is returned or undelivered.
Remember that this is a delivery estimate based on information at the time of purchase. Glam Hair & Beauty Bar is not responsible for any carrier delays due to weather conditions, holidays, natural disaster, or invalid address. Once your package has been scanned into the FedEx shipping facility we can not longer be responsible for your order. Tracking information is sent out with every order and you are responsible to track the progress of your shipment and not magic hair company. Once you have received a tracking number and your package has been scanned into FedEx contact FedEx for shipping problems and not Glam Hair & Beauty Bar. If you would like to add insurance to your shipment contact Glam Hair & Beauty Bar to make this arrangement before your order has been placed. Glam Hair & Beauty Bar will not give reimbursements for delayed, lost, stolen or damaged shipments.
International Shipments are sometimes more likely to be delayed and must clear customs. Do not contact Glam Hair & Beauty Bar about international delays contact the carrier your tracking number is associated with. The rules and requirements for customs clearance vary from country to country and it is the customer’s responsibility to familiarize yourself with the policies. It is the customer’s responsibility to pay any additional taxes, fees or duties or to arrange for any permits or special paperwork that may be required. Invoices are sent with all shipments excluding phone orders. There is no refunds or exchanges on international orders. Glam Hair & Beauty Bar is not responsible for any lost, stolen, damaged, or incorrectly addressed packages. Once your order is submitted all sales are final on international orders and can not be returned or exchanged. Glam Hair & Beauty Bar also ships to the military please contact customer service for more information.
- At Glam Hair & Beauty Bar our preferred method of payment is PayPal. PayPal is one of the best and safest and secure ways to make an online payment. You can also place your ordering using PayPal if you do not have a PayPal account just look for the link that says “pay without pay pal account”. If you do not want to use PayPal you may use the available merchant Authorize.net to process your credit card transaction.
- Credit card stop payments will be looked at as fraud and will be sent to collections. Glam Hair & Beauty Bar will also take legal action and prosecute to the full extent of the law. Customers who chargeback, disputes, and stop payments for any reason with their credit card company will be reported to all major credit bureaus’ as a delinquent collection amount.
Glam Hair & Beauty Bar will not store or share any credit card information.

We will notify you of any corrections or changes and ask for your approval before we complete your order. Glam Hair & Beauty Bar does not accept any liability from health conditions, bodily injury, or reactions from the product or instillation of the product. Some orders may come with free products. If you chose to use any of these products Glam Hair & Beauty Bar is not responsible for any outcome to reaction due to the use of this product.

Shipping & Return Policy

The shipping and handling fees are non-refundable.
Because many of our items are limited quantities, we may occasionally sell out of an item. If this happens, we will notify you via email.
We do not make exceptions to this policy.
Orders placed after 5pm EST will be processed the following business day and shipped within 48 hours. Any order placed on Friday after 3pm EST will be processed on the following business day.
Shipping to ANYWHERE/WORLDWIDE is Fast (5-10 business days).
We ship via USPS. All options are provided via checkout.
